Airport Transfer Booking – Zahsun Tours & Travel

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern all airport transfer bookings made with Zahsun Tours & Travel LTD (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By booking an airport transfer, you (“client,” “you”) agree to comply with these Terms.

1. Booking & Confirmation

  • All bookings must be made in advance through our official website, office, or authorized agents.
  • Confirmation will be sent via email or WhatsApp once payment or a deposit is received.
  • It is your responsibility to provide accurate flight details, pickup location, and contact information.

2. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are quoted in USD unless otherwise stated.
  • Payments can be made via bank transfer, mobile money, or cash on arrival (if agreed).
  • Fares include driver, vehicle, fuel, and standard luggage allowance (1 suitcase + 1 hand luggage per passenger).

3. Changes & Cancellations

  • Cancellations made at least 24 hours before pickup time are free of charge.
  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of pickup time may be charged in full.
  • Changes to booking details (flight time, pickup location, passenger count) must be communicated promptly and are subject to availability.
  • All cancellations request must be made through website, the email info@zahsuntours.co.tz or phone +255 621 864 826. Your cancellation will only be confirmed once you receive your booking cancellation receipt.

4. Delays & No-Shows

  • We monitor flight arrivals and adjust pickup times accordingly in case of delays.
  • A grace period of 60 minutes is allowed for flight delays without extra charges.
  • If you fail to appear at the pickup point without notice, the booking will be marked as a no-show and no refund will be issued.

5. Luggage & Special Requests

  • Excess luggage or oversized items must be declared during booking and may incur additional charges.
  • Child seats can be provided upon request, subject to availability.

6. Safety & Conduct

  • Seatbelts must be worn at all times during the journey.
  • Smoking, consumption of alcohol, or illegal substances in the vehicle is prohibited.
  • The driver reserves the right to refuse service to passengers behaving in a threatening or unsafe manner.

7. Liability

  • We are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather conditions, road closures, or events beyond our control.
  • Our liability is limited to the value of the booking.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Republic of Tanzania. Any disputes shall be settled in the courts of Zanzibar.

By confirming your booking, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service.

To make a booking it takes fee 2-3 minutes and your booking will be confirmed instantly, choose one of the pickup and drop off location, enter date and time and number of passengers on our website booking box according to your wishes and follow the online booking steps.
You must check all of the information which you provide us with at the time of booking to ensure it is correct, including the pick-up information. Once you have confirmed these details we will proceed to confirm the booking .
Neither we nor the Transport Company is responsible, if you have not provided correct information regarding your trip. See our Cancellation Policy for more information.
Your booking is confirmed once a booking confirmation will be sent to the email address provided at the time of your booking. You may need to present your booking details to the driver to board the vehicle.
Once your booking is confirmed, Zahsuntours.co.tz meet and great team will be waiting for you at the pick-up destination point and in pick-up departure time which you have entered while booking. Zahsuntours.co.tz team may contact you a few hours before your Pick up Departure Time or you can contact them with the detailed information you recieved on your booking confirmation mail.

We currently support bank transfer, paypal and cash on arrival

Minor changes and amendments such as extras and changes in your pick up time are allowed prior 24 hours before your pickup. Other changes such also as different destination or vehicle types are not allowed 24 hours before, in this case you should cancel your booking and book a new Service in a new booking.
If you cancel your service 24 hours before the pick-up time of the first service of your reservation, you will be fully refunded. All cancellations must be made through the email info@zahsuntours.co.tz. Your cancellation will only be confirmed once you receive your booking cancellation receipt.
If you cancel your service with less than 24 hours prior to the pick up time of the first service of your booking you will not be entitled to any refund. Customer no show would be considered as service canceled with less than 24 hours and you will not be entitled to any refund. If you do not use the service for any reason and you do not cancel the booking you are not entitled to any refund.
